The Green Mop is an eco-friendly cleaning company for both residential and commercial properties. They do not use bleach, ammonia, or other harmful cleaners; they clean naturally with vinegar and baking soda. Started in 2007, they serve the DC Metro area, from Alexandria and Arlington, to Reston, Chevy Chase and Bethesda. They have been featured in the Washington Post, USA Today, on CNBC’s "The Donny Deutsch Show", and ABC News. They are starting to franchise their concept with a senior franchising expert and partner. How The Green Mop is Green
Their use of only non-toxic, biodegradable, cleaning products for all of their cleaning services. A good number of their cleaning solutions are made from ingredients you eat everyday, such as vinegar and baking soda, so you know there aren’t any harsh chemicals. When The Green Mop does buy cleaning products, they make sure to avoid all products containing bleach, ammonia, or phosphates.
Why we think The Green Mop is great
