How Busboys and Poets is Green
Busboys and Poets dedication to the environment shines all over the restaurant’s menu. For those craving eco-friendly vegetarian and vegan food options, Busboys and Poets offer a wide range of tasty non-meat dishes ranging from the Sweet Fuji Apple and Gorgonzola Sandwich, to the Spinach and Pesto Lasagna. Busboys extends their dedication to the environment to the entire facility by using 100% wind power, donating all their cooking oil to biofuels, and recycling all their aluminum, glass, plastics and paper.
